Uptown 550

I’ve been a new resident here at Uptown 550 and Ms. Aulaun and Ms. Candace have been so kind and helpful! Both ladies greet all residents at the concierge desk with a warm welcome and a positive attitude. If you have any concerns/issues they will be handled efficiently in a timely manner. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone interested in moving to uptown , because the entire staff has made my moving-transition a 5-star experience!

This is by far the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. From the start, the leasing office was extremely helpful, Payton and Amanda were extremely accessible and were a pleasure to work with while setting up our lease. The concierge desk is there 24/7 if you need them and Donnie and Jenelle and the rest of the team are always friendly and courteous. I love having a free barista in the lobby, the largest indoor hot tub in Charlotte, a private rooftop bar with events weekly, AND a private rooftop with outdoor tvs and fireplace. In addition to that, the golf simulator is awesome, the pool is exquisite, and the whole place is extremely luxurious. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment in uptown Charlotte. Adding this one about a month later, I lost my Apple Watch in the spa and Christian, one of the maintenance guys turned it into the concierge desk and when he saw me in the elevator mentioned it to me. I went to concierge and Candice had it for me!! I love this place!!

My experience so far at the Uptown 550 has been great. What makes the experience so great, is the amenities, the residents, but most importantly, the concierge. Candice and Alon at the front desk are always eager and ready to help the residents. There was even an instance where I left my phone at the gym, a resident returned it to the concierge, then Candice notified me, saving me a ton of stress. Candice was also great with directing my movers on where to park and what elevators to use. Candice makes the complicated things a lot more simple. Candice and Alon are full of care and put their residents first!

I like the community at the apartment and the amenities are great. The girls at concierge are awesome. Super helpful and always so friendly. The barista is so nice and always very happy. Problem with this place is that they are unresponsive to emails. I never get any response to my requests and even the responses I give to their emails are then not responded to. I have had issues in my apartment that I have put service requests in for that haven't been seen to until I go to concierge. 3 days without AC with a request in, and only fixed because I had to complain. They have also then started implementing as absurdly high fees for random things. Have to pay 100 dollars for a guest to be let into your room, 200 dollars for a replacement key fob. The dog parks were more restricted to clamp down on owners leaving dog poop, but all that seems to have happened is that they locked the door to collect money from unpaying residents and then fail to monitor for responsible dog owners. Again just seeming like a money seeking task rather than to actually help the residents. This along with the constant issues with the elevators in the tower have been very frustrating. The latest increase that i was offered is a joke compared to the value being offered. Very disappointed to have to write this, but the experience has dropped in the last year. So many great things about living here, but all tarnished by the lack of help you receive to any inquiries

First of all this place gorgeous and the amenities are beyond my expectations! My boyfriend and I came in looking to see just out of curiosity and now we are moving in officially! Tre and Terrika are amazing and full of information. They made us feel so welcomed and truly carry themselves so professionally. We feel very happy and confident we can go to them if we have any questions or concerns. So excited to experience this new place. 🍾✨ cheers!
